Here are some case studies to both inspire you with your church building projects, and to show what impacts the projects that the National Churches Trust funds, have on our heritage and communities.

Hemblington, All Saints in Norfolk - awarded a £10,000 Community grant in 2014 (this type of project would now be considered under our Cornerstone grant programme)

Ballachulish, St Munda in Scotland - awarded a £3,000 Partnership grant in 2015 (this grant stream has now closed)

New Brighton, St Peter, St Paul and St Philomena Catholic church in Merseyside - awarded £30,000 repair grants in both 2013 and 2015 (this type of project would now be considered under our Cornerstone grant programme)

Colonsay Parish Church, Scotland - awarded a £3,000 Partnership grant in 2015 towards stone belfry repairs (this grant stream has now closed)

Nottingham, Lenton, Holy Trinity - awarded a £40,000 Repair grant and £66,980 WREN Heritage Fund grant in 2015 towards major roof and stone repairs (these grants should now be applied for directly through WREN FCC fund)

Hankelow Methodist Church - awarded a £15,000 Community grant in 2015 towards modernising kitchens and toilets (this type of project would now be considered under our Cornerstone grant programme)

St George, Tredegar, Wales - awarded a £40,000 Repair grant in 2016 towards tower and roof repairs (this type of project would now be considered under our Cornerstone grant programme)

St Mary the Virgin, Sutton Valence, Kent - awarded a £10,000 Community grant in 2016 towards installation of a kitchen and toilet (this type of project would now be considered under our Cornerstone grant programme)
