McGregor Bowes was established in 2010 by Chris Bowes with a commitment to conserving architecture and design quality. Chris has accreditation at the highest level from both the Royal Incorporation of Architects in Scotland and the Royal Institute of British Architects. Chris has over 30 years of working in architectural practices mainly on conservation projects including 10 years working as the project architect for fabric repairs and alterations at St. Giles Cathedral in Edinburgh.
Chris has also been a construction health and safety consultant working as a Planning Supervisor, CDM Co-ordinator, and now Principal Designer since 2002.
