The Cornerstone Grant Programme is currently closed. It will reopen by the end of August and the next deadline will be 4 November 2019 (for a decision in March 2020).
The Cornerstone Grant Programme offers grants of between £10,000 and £50,000 towards the cost of major urgent structural repair projects costed at more than £100,000 including VAT.
We will also consider projects that introduce kitchens and accessible toilets to enable increased community use, costed at more than £30,000 including VAT. Grants will never exceed 50% of the project cost.

Applicants who met the March 2019 deadline can expect a decision in Mid-July 2019; Applicants who met the July 2019 deadline can expect a decision in Mid-November 2019.
Future deadlines will be: 4 November 2019 (with a decision in March 2020), 2 March 2020 (with a decision in July 2020) and 6 July 2020 (with a decision in November 2020).
