St Bartholomew has been part of the local community of Holmer for over 800 years. This beautiful mediaeval building located on the outskirts of Hereford, providing valuable community work to the local community. The partnership grant offered to the church will be used to repair the structural cracks in the wall as well as the damp wall plaster.
