Preventative Maintenance Micro-Grants - Apply

Our new Preventative Maintenance Micro-Grant programme is open for applications

Making sure your building’s gutters are cleaned regularly is probably one of the most important maintenance duties you will undertake as it will help you to protect your building from water damage and avoid costly repair bills.

If the cost of a Rainwater Goods Maintenance service (Gutter clearance) is a financial problem, the National Churches Trust, with its partner the Pilgrim Trust, can offer grants in 2017 to cover 50% of the cost of your building’s first gutter clearance.

Eligibility

Churches with small congregations or limited financial means are eligible to apply for a Preventative Maintenance Micro-Grant, if they book a Rainwater Goods Maintenance Service through the MaintenanceBooker system.

There are up to 200 grants available in 2017 so please apply early to improve your chances of receiving a grant. Once you have submitted a grant application you should normally hear if it has been successful within four weeks.

How to Apply

Further details can be found in the Guidance Notes available below. If possible please complete the online application form. In case of problems there is a word document template which, if used, must be completed within the Word document and emailed back to us (with supporting documents attached) at grants@nationalchurchestrust.org. We will not accept hand written or scanned applications.
